It is both frustrating and unacceptable to have my request repeatedly ignored. After the repairs were completed, the certified mechanic took my 2013 INFINITI G37S for a test drive. The sales experience of purchasing a vehicle can sometimes be a stressful experience. This was not. The sales team was very helpful and friendly. However, there should be more effort and preventative measures put in place with servicing of used vehicles on a regular basis. To eliminate having a brand new customer deal with potential mechanical issues within a week of purchasing a used vehicle. It takes away the excitement for the customer. It was corrected and resolved in house and for that reason it is three stars.

He met me at my car, walked me in and made sure I was aware of the snacks, he didnāt try to upsell me on unneeded services and my car was done in half the promised time! For the most part I like the service department. They are great about getting me a car and getting my car serviced. I've had a couple experiences where I felt my concerns weren't listened to or I was being patronized but most of my experiences have been positive. Thus the 4-star.
Dealership has contacted me on a six month schedule for over three years without interaction from me...when i asked to be removed from the call list i got more questions and not a confirmation that i had been removed. i was immediately reached out to and a discussion was had about my most recent interaction. While not ideal to have this type of interaction, at least it was corrected.
Service Department Review: The most pleasant, stress-free, seamless, service I've ever received. I also believe they were honest in their recommendations for the maintenance my vehicle needed. I was pleasantly surprisedā¦dog friendly!! First dealership Iāve ever been too that has a space for your dog. And they have a dog mascot. The customer service was above and beyond. The manager actually met and chatted with me upon arrival. Very friendly, and inviting. And can I tell you about the homemade cookies. Definitely stands out above the rest.
Eric in service was so courteous. He is the first person and this is the first service shop that was actually able to diagnose my vehicle and get max care to pay out for a new transmission. Ive only had my vehicle for two years from carmax. So i am so happy with everything at tacoma infinity. They gave me a NICE loaner car. Nicer than mine. Made me want to trade in. All i did was put a $50 deposit and bam loaner car. Thank you guys for everything!!! Will always come there for diagnostics in the future.

He was very friendly and informative. The team was able to finish my car way ahead of schedule. Good job all around. The buying process was also very easy and relaxed. The diagnostic service for my 2007 G35X was comprehensive, down-to-earth, and detailed. I very much appreciated the technicianās feedback on the reasons for the issues with my car that had been a mystery to me for over a year (I do my own maintenance generally, but needed a second pair of eyes, and boy was it helpful). The staff was friendly and professional in general.
