Chania Kendall works in reception and usually is the first person you speak to when you call our facility. If you happen to notice that Chania shares the same last name with our Service Consultant Heather, that’s because they are sisters.

With years of experience in all facets of automobile sales, Victor is one of our most experienced managers. Victor loves the Infiniti product line and if he had to pick a favorite it would be the M56 because its very roomy with lots of luxury amenities, yet it still has the performance and feel of a sports car. Victor is a great addition to our team and we wish him much luck with his career at Infiniti of Tacoma.

Jeff Burley has been at Infiniti of Tacoma since it opened. Jeff really took off in the car business a few years back when he got his chance to sell at our sister store Renton Honda. One of Jeffs first cars was a Honda CRX and for him to have a chance to sell Hondas was a dream come true. If Jeff thought Hondas were nice it was a big surprise to come to Infiniti as the Pre-Owned Manager. Not only did he get a nice promotion he now has a career at one of the hottest luxury brands in America. As the Pre-Owned Manager Jeff is responsible for appraising trades, working car deals with the sales people, buying some of our inventory at the auction, and making sure his inventory is properly serviced and reconditioned. We are all very lucky to work with Jeff because he creates a great environment for his employees to thrive and helps make our pre-owned department one of the most successful in the Pacific Northwest.

Michael has been with Infiniti since 2001, working at both Infiniti of Tacoma and Infiniti of Kirkland over the years. Working in the Business Department he has a chance to talk to all our customers who purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle from us, providing them with extended warranties, theft recovery devices, Northwest Protection Package, Chip Guard, as well as many other products. Michael believes one of the most important products he sells is the Northwest Protection Pacakge. It guards your exterior from acid rain, bird droppings and the many other corrosive elements you run into periodically throughout your vehicles life, as well as shielding your interior against stains, keeping your new car looking new. If he had to pick a favorite Infiniti the EX35 would be his choice packed innovative features like a 360 degree exterior camera, gorgeous styling and sporty performance similar to the G35 Sedan which it shares its platform with. Michael is a pleasure to work with and is liked by all, we hope he will continue to grow and excel with us for a very long time.

Chris Person is a recent edition to our sales team and is working as a New Infiniti Sales Consultant, as well as a Finance Manager. With an upbeat personality and a very friendly demeanor you will find Chris a joy to work with, regardless if he is showing you a new Infiniti, or assisting you in completing your purchase in our Finance Department.

Skip Juma is a recent edition to our pre-owned sales team and with lots of sales experience is a great edition to our team. Skip has a very upbeat personality and seems to always have a smile on his face. I’m sure if you happen to work with Skip you will find is friendly, yet professional demeanor, very pleasant.

Mike has been with us at Infiniti of Tacoma since October, 2005 and he lives in the Federal Way area with his loving wife. He was planning on becoming a counselor, majoring in social psychology; instead he found counseling those with automotive needs much more satisfying and since 1976 he has never looked back. Mike Sears is a major part of the puzzle to our successful pre-owned department and we hope he will always be a permanent fixture at our store.

Don Adkins is a recent addition to our New Infiniti Sales Team and we are all very glad to have in aboard. He’s already certified on all the Infiniti products and with a professional and charismatic attitude; you will be in great hands if Don happens to assist you on your next new Infiniti purchase.

William Weideman is one of our recent editions to our New Infiniti Sales Team. William is very professional and motivated, he has lots of energy and his customers love his upbeat attitude. With a decade of automotive sales experience William is one of our more seasoned sales associates and as an Infiniti owner himself, he certainly believes in the product.

Rob Williams is a recent edition to our Pre-Owned Sales Team and with decades of automotive sales experience, he’s the perfect person for the pre-owned department. Rob likes the luxury automobile segment, previously spending seven years at Mercedes. Infiniti is a welcome change for Rob and he is very impressed with its stylish products and all their cool gadgetry. We with you the best of luck Rob with your new career at Infiniti of Tacoma and hope you will be here for many years to come.

Stan is one of our New Infiniti Sales Consultants and makes a great edition to our team. Stan is very professional and focuses on having great product knowledge to better demonstrate all the gadgetry and technology available in our products. If Stan happens to assist you when you stop into our new Infiniti showroom, you will be in good hands.

Mike Deckert has been with our sales team since August of 2010. He may be one of the youngest on our staff but he certainly keeps up with the old timers when it comes to sales. Mike loves the family atmosphere at Infiniti of Tacoma and thinks it’s a great place to work. If he had to pick his favorite Infiniti it would be the G37X because it handles and performs like a sports car yet is still very roomy and comfortable, plus it has the superior traction of all wheel drive. Mike is a great addition to our sales staff and we hope he continues to do well with us for many years to come.

Boris has been with us for many years and worked previously at our sister store, Infiniti of Kirkland, for four years. The car business is nothing new for Boris, starting his first automotive sales job 35 years ago in southern California. Before he went into sales Boris was a school teacher in East L.A. A few years later he got into the real-estate business where a friend suggested he should try out selling cars, so he went and got his first automotive sale job at an Oldsmobile/GM/Mazda/Opel store and never looked back. Working near the Hollywood area Boris had a few brushes with fame, selling cars to famous individuals such as Mickey Rooney, Jack Palance and Ricardo Montalban. After 35 years Boris is just where he wants to be; doing what he does best; in a work environment he loves; with great people and excellent management and ownership.

Joe has worked for Infiniti of Tacoma since September, 2005 and has been in the car business since he was fifteen, he will turn twenty eight in July. The Infiniti product line is nothing new for Joe working at Infiniti of Boston, in Massachusetts right before he moved to Washington. Joe loves working at Infiniti of Tacoma because its a great atmosphere, a beautiful facility with wonderful people and has a great assortment of interesting pre-owned automobiles. Joe looks forward to the continued growth of Infiniti of Tacomas very successful pre-owned department and a great future ahead with a wonderful company.

Russ Meadows works in our New Infiniti Sales Department and makes an excellent edition to our team. With years of sales experience and lots of product knowledge he is the perfect person to assist you with your automotive needs.

Nick has been with Infiniti of Tacoma since September of 2008 and plays a big part in keeping our pre-owned inventory in proper order. Nick checks the quality control of our cars making sure all our vehicles are in the best possible condition. He organizes the lot keeping our display straight and fresh, as well as various other tasks like picking up and dropping off vehicles for service or repair and assisting the new car department with dealer trades. Nick really enjoys working in the pre-owned department and likes the upbeat and friendly atmosphere. If he had to pick a favorite Infiniti it would be our Flagship sedan, the M45 because it’s a total luxury automobile, but also performs like a sports car with its 325-hp V8. Nick plays a big role in helping us maintain one of the best pre-owned owned departments the South Sound has to offer, thanks Nick!

Javier started with us in July of 2008 and has a very important, but often thankless job of maintaining our new Infiniti inventory. His many tasks include inspecting and stocking in new arrivals off the transport truck; removing the protective coverings on the interior and exterior to prepare new vehicles for display; cleaning new Infinitis for customer delivery; picking up and dropping off new vehicles for display at our many local Costcos; and picking up and swapping new vehicles with other Infiniti stores: The list can go on nearly forever. If he had to pick a favorite Infiniti it would be the M sedan because it’s very comfortable and has lots of space. Javier loves the work environment at Infiniti of Tacoma and finds all his co-workers courteous and respectful. Javier is a very important part of our new Infiniti sales team and without him our new vehicle inventory would not be in such great shape. Thank you Javier for all your hard work!

Charles has over 20 years experience in the automotive industry which includes over 9 years with Infiniti. He has been an Infiniti Certified Technician, 3 + years as a Service Consultant and has been our Service Manager since we first opened in 2004. Charles passion for the Infiniti product and his clientele shows each and every day as his Customer Satisfaction ratings with Infiniti are always at the top. Charles was our Employee of the Year in 2005 voted by fellow employees and he sets an example for which all of us can measure our own work ethic and successes. All of us at Infiniti of Tacoma are proud to have Charles as our Service Manager who has been with us from the beginning and we all hope he stays with us for a long time to come.

Carrie has been with us since June of 2007, assisting many of our Infiniti customers with their service needs. It’s the close knit family atmosphere which she likes best about working here, along with all her service customers which she is very fond of. Don’t let that young face fool you, Carrie has worked as a Service writer for many years at Honda, Nissan and Infiniti; she has lots of experience and her customers lover her. If she had to pick a favorite Infiniti it would be the brand new Bloomingdales Edition, G37 Convertible. Carrie is home grown here is Washington spending most of her life in the Tukwila area, and currently living in Federal Way. Carrie makes a wonderful addition to our service team, and many thanks for being a great part of our company!

Heather has been with us since June of 2007, working in reception and as an Administrative Assistant; she recently has been promoted to Service Advisor. She has learned a lot over the years working on our reception staff and helping office management with various tasks, and now she is assisting our clients with their service needs. Heather really likes her fellow co-workers and they are a big reason why she loves working here so much. It’s always a hard choice to make, but if Heather had to pick her favorite Infiniti it would be the cavernous QX56 because she likes big trucks, with lots of room, and it’s perfect for traveling or going camping. Heather is a great addition to our team at Infiniti of Tacoma and we hope she stays with us for many years to come.

Marc Sells is one of three Service Advisors we have here at Infiniti of Tacoma and makes a great edition to our service & parts team. Marc has lots of experience as an automotive service advisor and is just the guy to assist you with scheduled maintenance or repairs. Michael Ray started with us is the spring of 2009 and makes an excellent edition to our service team. Michael really likes the nice, easy going atmosphere at Infiniti of Tacoma making his workday a little more enjoyable and less of a chore. We are all very happy to have Michael as part of our company and he helps to make our service team one of the best in the area; thanks Michael!

Kurt has been with Infiniti of Tacoma at Fife since it opened and he has been working on Infinities since the fist one came out in 1989: Kurt has been an Infiniti Master Tech for ten years. One aspect that Kurt really likes about having a career at Infiniti of Tacoma is the small family atmosphere and the longevity of its employees. Kurts interest in mechanics started at a young age where he worked on bikes and motorcycles and soon realized that he enjoyed it and was very mechanically inclined. Today he works on some of the finest automobiles in the world and by achieving the tile of Master Tech he has achieved one of the highest levels of certification for an Infiniti Automotive Technician. One of Kurts favorite Infinities was the J30 and he has owned five, though the new G37 Coupe has recently caught his eye. Being an Infiniti Tech for so long he can see patterns develop and Kurt emphasizes that some simple things like oil and fluid changes along with major and minor services can really improve the longevity and reliability of your precious Infiniti. These are simple things that often get neglected by customers that can really make a difference in overall reliability. As a Master Tech Kurt overseas our shop, mentors newbie Techs, and is an intricate part of our Service Departments quality control helping us achieve our goal of 100% customer satisfaction. The next time you get your Infiniti serviced you should feel confident that its being worked on with great hands and mind.

Derek has been with the company since March, 2007. Our co-workers and management is what Derek likes best about working at Infiniti of Tacoma and reflecting back upon past employers he said, "I dont want to name names but there are a lot worse places I could be right now". Derek first got interested in automotive repair in high school where he took some body shop classes. He had fun learning body repair but the mechanical side of automotive service is really what perked his interest, he thought it would be great if he could learn how to repair and service his own car. A short time later Derek found himself at the Universal Technical institute in Phoenix, Arizona where he trained to become an automotive technician. We couldnt be happier to have Derek on our service team and we hope he stays with us for a very long time to come, thanks Derek!

James Coble is one of our Infiniti Techs and with many years of experience, he is one of the most qualified employees in our service department and is very close to reaching the prestigious level of Infiniti Master Tech.

Justin has been with us for many years and works part-time while he attends school. He first became interested in automotive technology in high school in his small engine technology class, since then he has spent the past two years at Infiniti of Tacoma learning hands on, the ins and outs of being a service technician. Justins favorite Infiniti is the M series, which he particularly likes the looks of when lowered on a nice set of aftermarket rims. Justin has always showed an interest in modified custom cars and thought it would be great if he could learn the skills that would allow him to do those modifications himself. Luckily he found the perfect place to learn those skills, along with a great career that can pay very well, that he also finds challenging and enjoyable. We hope Justin continues to grow with us at Infiniti of Tacoma and maybe one day he will achieve the honored certification of Master Technician.

Christian Martindale is a recent addition to our Service Team and we wish him the best of luck with his new career at Infiniti of Tacoma.

As one of our lot porters, Mike helps with various tasks around the facility, like making sure all the vehicle doors are locked at the end of the day, helping clean new and pre-owned deliveries and service vehicles, as well as various other tasks. Mike started with us in June of 2008, making him one of our more senior lot porters. What he likes best about working at Infiniti of Tacoma are his co-workers, which he has become quite fond of over the years. We are glad to have you aboard Mike and thank you for all your hard work!

Shawn Packard works in our detailing department and helps keep our customers rides looking their best.

Carly Morgan recently got promoted from detailing to our service department as an Infiniti Tech. Congratulations and good luck with your new occupation!

James has been with us for many years running our parts department. Infiniti has made a niche for itself producing high performance luxury automobiles, a segment right down James's alley. The automotive business is nothing new for him with 20 years experience, many of which as a technician. James is a great asset to our management team and a fun charismatic person to work with; we hope he will be part of our team for a very long time.

Geoff Sagers is one of our newest editions to the parts department and as a new trainee his precious experience as an Infiniti Tech is a great asset. Geoff, (pronounced Jeff) is a great edition to our parts & service team and with a friendly and professional attitude he’s just the person to work with whenever you visit our parts counter.

Shea started with us on December 2nd of 2008 and makes a perfect fit into our Parts & Service Team. It’s the people he works with and the fun environment that Shea likes best about working here and being a motorhead himself, what better place to work then a performance/luxury automobile store? Shea has a vast knowledge of vehicles and parts and if you happen to be assisted by him on your next visit, you will realize why he’s such an asset to our company. If you need the right replacement part for your Infiniti or a performance upgrade, Shea is your go to guy and we are very glad he's part of the Infiniti of Tacoma team. Thanks Shea!

David Apps goes by the nickname “Turk” and he has been our parts delivery driver since January of 2008. If you happen to see our parts truck driving around town, take a good look, because you may see a parrot roosting right next to our parts driver. That Parrot is Hunter and he comes to work with Turk almost everyday. Turk and Hunter our very much loved by all of us at Infiniti of Tacoma and we wouldn’t trade them for anyone else in the world.

Without her Infiniti of Tacoma could not function. Angela started off in the car business about seventeen years ago working in a wrecking yard pulling parts out of cars. Since then she has traded her wrench and uniform in for a ball point pen and blazer. As our Office Manager/Controller she signs all the checks and manages all the companies finances. Aside from the General Manager the Controller is one of the highest positions in a dealer and it takes intelligence and hard work to get there. Starting in February 2004 Angela was the first employee hired at Infiniti of Tacoma and has been one our most dedicated and valued employee - Thanks Angie !!!

When you call all our dealership she’s usually the first person to greet you and when you stop in for service or parts Angie will likely be the one who rings up your transaction. Angie really likes the people she works with, making her job all the more fun and less of a chore. Living right in Fife she has a very easy commute and is always a short distance from her five year old son. Angie makes a great addition to our staff and fits in just like a puzzle piece. We hope she stays on board with us for a very long time, continuing to grow along with our company. Thanks Angie!
